How can I tell if my gutters are ineffective or not draining properly?

If during the rainfall, you can hear water “slapping” the ground or can see water pouring over the sides of your roof, you may need to have the cleaned or replaced, If you notice mold or see pools of water forming around the outside of your house, that’s a good indication you may have a drainage problem.

Can I install gutters on my own?

Sure, if you are a regular do-it-yourselfer, and are comfortable on a ladder and with heights, you can install sectional gutters but you’ll need a qualified professional to install seamless and other custom gutters.
