Roof replacement: 

ARS installs several types of commercial single-ply roofing including modified bitumen, TPO, PVC and EPDM (rubber).  We also install standing-seam or screw down metal roofing.  We are currently authorized installers of Firestone, Versico, and Genflex roofing products.   

Roof repairs:

ARS can repair almost any type of asphalt roof including, built-up (tar and gravel), modified bitumen and any type of single-ply or membrane roof.  We can repair or install skylights, pitch pans, HVAC curbs, roof penetrations, roof drains, crickets (water diverters) and much more.  Whatever your needs, we can handle it!

Gutters and sheet metal:

ARS installs all types of commercial gutters and downspouts.  All gutters are hung with screw-in hidden hangers.  Gutters can be made of aluminum with a baked on enamel finish, be Kynar coated steel, or basic galvanized metal.  ARS is also able to fabricate and install all types of architectural metal including standing-seam roofing, coping, edge metal, and most types of custom metal work.
